Registering for a remote family doctor consultation is simple:
- Choose the service.
- Select a consultation time that suits you best.
- Fill out a short questionnaire to help the doctor better prepare.
- Pay for the service with your own funds.
- Wait for the doctor’s call via your chosen method (phone, Viber, WhatsApp, or Zoom) at the scheduled time. We will remind you of the upcoming consultation by email.

After the remote family doctor consultation, submit a request for reimbursement of the incurred expenses within 30 calendar days. You can do this quickly and conveniently by reporting the insured event in a way most convenient for you: online at www.ezalos.lt, by phone at +370 5 232 2500 (available 24/7), or by e-mail at seb@ops24.lt. Reimbursement of expenses will be provided within 15 calendar days after submitting the request and all required documents (invoice, a copy of the doctor’s consultation record, or other documents related to the insured event).
