When can I register for a remote GP consultation?
You can register for a remote GP consultation if you are travelling abroad:
- in case of health problems, complaints or acute illnesses (e.g. sore throat, cold, runny nose, fever, feeling dizzy or weak, urinary tract infection, etc.);
- for urgent medical problems that do not require a physical examination;

How do remote consultations with family doctors work?

Remote consultations are available 7 days a week, daily from 08:00 to 20:00. During the registration process, you will be able to choose a date that suits you and the nearest available GPs.

Insured persons can pay for the services with their existing Balcia travel insurance policy. The travel insurance number and personal identification number provided during registration is used to pay for the service.
