Primary screening programme for men

It is recommended to be tested more thoroughly, not only as a preventive measure, but also if you feel general weakness, unexplained fatigue, erectile dysfunction, or other non-specific signs of health problems. It also needs to assess whether close relatives have had prostate cancer, occupational risk factors, adverse effects of long-term stress, etc.
According to the Institute of Hygiene, the most common causes of death among men in Lithuania are diseases of the circulatory system and malignant tumours. Timely changes in certain lifestyle habits can significantly reduce the risk of developing the disease.
