When should I apply for a prescription service?
- If you need to renew an e-prescription.
- If you need drugs for prevention (e.g. contraceptives) and your doctor has already prescribed them.
- If you need an e-prescription for ongoing treatment of chronic diseases.
- One payment - one e-prescription.
- If you have already been prescribed prescription drugs (eg: hormonal preparations or other medications).
- In some cases (for example: during travel) when the medicine was prescribed and it was lost.

After the doctor’s consultation, an e-prescription will be prepared for you, which will be uploaded to e-health.
We pay attention
- One payment - one e-prescription.
- Prescriptions can only be written for non-reimbursable and non-psychotropic drugs.
- We cannot write an e-prescription for the medicine intended for the treatment of obesity (Ozempic/Wegovy).
- We cannot issue an e-prescription for a nominated drugs.
- If you have private health insurance, we will issue you an invoice that you can contact your insurance company with.
