Registering for a remote family doctor consultation is simple:
- Choose the service.
- Select a consultation time that suits you best.
- Fill out a short questionnaire to help the doctor better prepare.
- Pay for the service with your own funds.
- Wait for the doctor’s call via your chosen method (phone, Viber, WhatsApp, or Zoom) at the scheduled time. We will remind you of the upcoming consultation by email.

Please report the expenses incurred following your remote family doctor consultation within 30 calendar days.
You can do this:
- in the Lietuvos draudimas mobile app;

through the Lietuvos draudimas self-service portal at www.savasld.lt.
After logging in, go to My Claims -> Claim Registration -> Travel Expenses (Travel Insurance).
Expenses are reimbursed within 15 calendar days after the claim has been submitted together with all required documents.
Required documents (issued in the name of the insured person):
- invoice;
- bank transfer statement confirming payment for the service;
- a copy of the medical record of the consultation (screenshot from the e-health system).
